All products come with clear usage rules that must be followed exactly as stated. Failure to follow these instructions may result in access issues or suspension of the product. Please note that your warranty is strictly dependent on your compliance with these guidelines. Any misuse, modification, or deviation from the provided instructions will void the warranty immediately.

For PlayStation products, usage may be restricted to the original console used during activation (PS4 or PS5), and account details must not be altered unless explicitly stated. Sharing account information, changing credentials, or using the product in an unauthorized way is not permitted.

PS4 and PS5 Games

  • Login is allowed only from the PlayStation console the game was purchased on (PS4 or PS5)
  • Choose main login, not guest
  • Do not use the account on multiple devices
  • Do not change account details
  • Do not reset your console without informing us first
  • Do not log out of the account without telling us first
  • Play the game from your personal account (not ours)
  • Not following the instructions will void the warranty

PlayStation Plus

  • Use only the PS4 or PS5 device you selected for login
  • Choose main login, not guest
  • Do not use the account on multiple devices
  • Do not change account details
  • Do not reset your console without informing us first
  • Do not log out of the account without telling us first
  • Play from your personal account (not ours)
  • Not following the instructions will void the warranty

PC Games online

  • You must change all account details (password, email, Steam account, and link your phone number) after delivery
  • The account is fully private and must not be shared to prevent issues
  • Do not purchase, top-up, or change region at 4 weeks to prevent issues
  • Steam gift cards can be used normally during this period
  • Responsibility lies with the customer after delivery

Steam Packages

  • The pack is for one PC only
  • Account sharing is not allowed
  • Do not change any account details
  • Do not use accounts on multiple devices
  • The Telegram bot must be used for login codes (available 24/7)
  • Do not sign in before using the bot
  • Violating instructions will void the warranty

Canva Subscription

  • You must have a free Canva account with the same email you will send
  • Brand Kit feature is not included in this version

Snap Plus

  • Gifting is only available for 3 months or more (official Snapchat policy)
  • Delivery method: Sent via Snapchat gift inside the app
