Warranty Duration

Warranty covers the delivery process + the period mentioned in the product description
Some products include up to 6 months' warranty
Certain products may last a lifetime if instructions are properly followed

🟪 Subscriptions:
Warranty is calculated based on the subscription duration:
1 Month: 25 Days Warranty
2 Months: 50 Days Warranty
3 Months: 75 Days Warranty
4 Months: 100 Days Warranty
5 Months: 125 Days Warranty
6 Months: 150 Days Warranty
More than 6 months: Maximum 6 Months Warranty

📌 Notes:
The maximum warranty period is 6 months.
Minor day differences may occur due to processing time or provider policies, and are considered within the warranty coverage.

Refund & Replacement Policy

🟣 Before Delivery:
If your order is not delivered within the timeframe stated on the product page, you are eligible for a full refund

🟣 After Delivery:
All payments are considered final
No refunds or replacements unless the issue is clearly from our side

🟣 Within the First 10 Days:
If a problem occurs:
Full replacement of the product or the option to switch to another product of equal value

🟣 After the First 10 Days:
If an issue occurs within the warranty duration:
Compensation is based on the remaining time/value only
Example:
If you purchased a 4-month subscription and used 2 months:
You will be compensated for the remaining 2 months

Compensation will be provided in a form determined by the store (e.g., replacement, store credit or coupon).
Coupons are valid for one month from the date of issue.

Warranty Conditions

❌ Warranty Does NOT Cover:

  • Not following product instructions
  • Sharing the account with others
  • Changing account details against guidelines
  • Misuse or incorrect handling
  • Changing region or performing risky actions
  • Issues related to your internet or device

⚠️Warranty will be void if:

  • Instructions are violated
  • Any form of misuse or abuse is detected
  • Fraudulent behavior or manipulation attempts
  • Offensive or inappropriate behaviour towards support

Delivery Delay Policy

You are eligible for a refund if delivery exceeds the stated time
Exceptions apply in cases beyond our control, such as:

  • Platform issues (e.g. Shopify)
  • Provider/service outages
